Christmas Carol and Memorial Service

Service Tuesday 19th December, 6pm

• Leave a personal message on our Christmas tree using one of our tags
• We will also have a choir in attendance
• Write a Christmas card for your loved one and post it in our memorial post-box
• We will be hosting a raffle in aid of Dementia UK.
• Light refreshments will be provided
